The Capercaillie Room
The Capercaillie Room offers banqueting seating for up to 120 guests. Choose from herringbone or circle table layouts with the traditional Top Table.

The Merlin Restaurant
The Merlin Restaurant is laid out in two separate dining areas. Either venue can cater for up to 40 guests and the seating arrangements can be either in a u-shape incorporating the top table or in rows perpendicular to the Top Table.
